This position is an ISA/CSR position that talks to new leads all day and sets them up on appointments with our Agents. This person should be well spoken, be very organized, able to prioritize and time block. We're looking for someone that can crush it in the role as well as be a great culture fit with our team. We're looking for positivity and solutions.

  • Navigating 4 databases (by city)
  • Contacting active and hot leads by phone, text and email
  • Building rapport with leads and providing great customer service
  • Adjusting searches, drip campaigns and communications
  • Transferring ready customers to our Agents
  • Must be willing to get RE license within 6 months
  • Well spoken
  • Great typing skills
  • Fast paced while remaining objective and organized
$1,500 /mo + bonus
