We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to grow with our Real Estate Team! You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule transfers with qualified leads to our agent partners in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa & Ft Lauderdale.
This is a very 'time-blocked' position and all candidates will be expected to hit minimums in the first 90 days to fully graduate to become a member of the team. This position has a very large opportunity for growth and the person hired will be expected to build a lead generation team within the team.
