Statement of the purpose of the job: To convert both inbound and outbound leads to appointments for our real estate teams’ sales agents.

We’re hiring for a real estate inside sales agent to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us.   • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
  • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent

  • Track all key business activities
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
  • Set up an “Ideal Week” that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals
  • Manage contact database system
  • Manage new leads each week and work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments
  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts for at least 1-2 hours /week
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day
  • Do 5-10 hours of lead follow-up per week
  • Make 50-100 contacts per week calling on Expired Listings, FSBOs, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients, Just Listed and Just Solds, Open Houses

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
  • +1 year of experience generating real estate leads

  • Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form
  • Practices memorize and internalize scripts
  • Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
  • Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport
