You will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Build relationships with potential buyers and sellers
- Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling
- Identify and contact potential clients
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospects
- Evaluate clients’ wants
Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Agent at KNE Realty Group 360, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting property transactions such for both buyers and sellers
- Advising clients on property prices and market conditions
- Promoting properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Preparing and submitting property documents and contracts
- Negotiating contracts and settlements
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Valid real estate license
- Prior experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for learning and developing new skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients
