Our real estate team is growing and we’re searching for a full-time Lead Manager to help us succeed! Your primary role will be to assist in managing opportunities for Buyer and Seller leads across Hudson County and Northern New Jersey. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our new leads and clients and will work directly with our agents to create opportunities and accountability.

As a Leads Manager, you will be in constant contact with buyers and home buyers on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our state-of-the-art contact management database system, Follow Up Boss.

You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads. Our system will be explained to qualified applicants during our initial call if selected.

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Must be technology savvy in running a robust CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound inquiries, analyze their reason for selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard
  • Manage team members' communications with assigned leads with the goal of hitting conversion goals
  • Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on the results of appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately

Qualifications

  • Must hold an Active New Jersey Real Estate License
  • Must have sold over 1 million in sales volume within the last 12 months
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
  • Passionate about technology, training, and selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Strong problem-solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution-oriented

Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 Base + Commission
