We are in need of a part-time real estate inside sales agent (ISA) to join our growing team. We're looking for someone permanent and part-time, about 20 hours a week with the possibility of future growth. Abilities to cover weekends and be available to respond to clients outside of prospecting hours would be great too.

You’ll be responsible for calling, texting, and emailing prospective new leads who have reached out to us with an interest in purchasing real estate. There are no making cold calls, rather it's about improving our lead conversion rate by building relationships with potential clients and then transferring them to a licensed agent when they are ready to transact. Responsibilities

  • Contact, manage and qualify inbound sales inquires in a timely manner to convert leads to appointments and transfer them to a licensed agent with all pertinent information
  • Exceed weekly sales and performance goals
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Nurture prospective clients and seamlessly transition via appointment to agents
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • You will spend the larger part of your day working with prospective clients via telephone, text, and email
  • Make follow-up outbound calls and provide additional information, overcome objections, and set appointments
  • 100 - 150 calls per day
  • Qualify inbound leads for appointments with realtors
  • Logging all communication via the CRM system
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule that includes some weekend days and evenings

Qualifications
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • A valid Real Estate License or pursuing one
  • At least 1 year in sales or customer service
  • Have an interest in and understanding of real estate and the real estate market
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads preferred
  • Have superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success

  • Comfortable with multiple systems like CRM, Dialer, Google Suite apps, and more

Compensation
$20 hourly
