Entry-Level Real Estate Agent

Are you considering becoming a real estate agent or are you actively pursuing your real estate license? The List Realty is hiring for our Inside Sales Associate agent group.

As a real estate agent, you play an essential role in an evolving industry. The List Realty provides the training, resources, support, and systems you need to launch into quick success. Prior experience is not required. We will provide you with the training and resources to prepare you to become a successful agent, starting with our proven Career Kick Start© training system. Real estate professionals earn money for each transaction they complete – at The List, we teach you to lead generate, to close, and to succeed – and we provide you with leads as well so you’ll have the opportunity to put what you are learning to work right away (and to make money faster). Opportunities for growth include becoming a Buyer Specialist, Listing Specialist, joining our Zillow team, becoming a Geofarmer, and even growing your own team.

Compensation is 100% commission of at least $52,000

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
