SALARY plus Commission. Venture Homes Realty is looking for a person that is strong in sales and enjoys building relationships to play a key role on our team. You will be responsible for managing our database and following up with leads via text, email, some video, telephone, and improving our lead conversion rate. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities from the many leads we generate through our marketing efforts and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.

It is okay if you are not currently licensed in real estate, but are pursuing your license. You'll also have opportunities for growth. You'll be learning our very successful and lucrative system and can choose to become an agent with our firm. Other growth opportunities are also available.

Responsibilities
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

  • Generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Monitor the sales agent the appointment is handed to and make sure they follow through properly.
  • Must be willing to learn and follow a specific system for follow up that will require certain campaigns and tags to be added and/or removed at specified times.

Qualifications
  • Real estate license or pursuing required

  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Be able to follow systems and willing to be held to those systems.

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
