You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

The ideal candidate will:

• Thrive in a 100% call-based customer service position focused on database conversion, appointment setting, relationship building, customer satisfaction, and client retention
• Grow with a team of Customer Service professionals that make up the backbone of the organization
• Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
• Partner with field sales to execute meetings with new and existing clients
• Report activity and results on a daily basis 
• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management
• Be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching
• Embody the Vision and Culture of the organization 
• Have a Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

• Candidates must have or be willing to acquire a NY Real Estate license
