As an Inside Sales Agent and first point of contact for The Redux Group’s prospective clients, you'll play a key role in generating new and repeat client appointments for the company and be a key driver of company success. Your potential is limited only by your motivation! This role provides a career path in sales for driven Inside Sales Agents! To foster a team environment, you’ll work alongside other Inside Sales Agents and report to the Director of Inside Sales.
This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by earning financial rewards that are directly related to their performance. Your compensation will be part base salary and part bonus and your total compensation will be a direct result of how hard you work at setting qualified appointments!
Compensation: $55,000 commission based
