The Professionals are determined to find the next bold team member to fill our Inside Sales Agent position for our growing real estate company. We pride ourselves on competent and exceptional service to our clients and employees! We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Inside Sales Agent that can turn leads into appointments!
What you’ll do:
- Develop new leads through research, cold-calling, networking and strategizing with contacts and prospects.
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day.
- Master and internalize scripts and dialogues.
- Generate new leads by prospecting for FSBOs, expired listings, past clients, etc.
- Service and respond to incoming leads from internet sources and sign calls, and nurture them into qualified appointments.
- Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-ups per week.
- This is a commission only position.
- Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market.
- Participate in regular training and education requirements.
- Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling.

- You are proficient with computers and able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software.
