We’re looking for an inside salesperson to play a key role in our fast-paced and fun real estate team. The ideal applicant has a knack for building rapport on the phone, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

  • Use a phone auto-dialer to move quickly through phone databases and identify strong prospects.

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
Compensation
$36,000 - $80,000 yearly
