We’re looking for motivated Inside Sales Agents (ISA) who love to make a great first impression and get results! This person loves to spend time on the phone, offers superior customer service and has the skills to generate multiple sales opportunities for our growing business. You love working hard to provide the best support to customers in hopes of generating a sale for the team.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM at our Polaris office. Punctuality is a must. One hour for unpaid lunch daily, approximately 12-1 PM. First 90 days is a probationary period during which daily and weekly minimum metrics must be met. No vacation days or paid holidays during a probationary period. Successful ISAs may be given an opportunity to earn their real estate license with a partial or full-tuition scholarship from Crane & Pearl Realty. ISAs attend all-office meetings with the agents and are an integral part of our brokerage support team.

Compensation: $9/hour + bonuses from sales; $50,000 per year at plan — This is NOT a salaried position and only the $9/hour is guaranteed.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Provide up-to-date information regarding clients and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, email communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle to ensure the needs of our customers are met
  • Successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days to include daily role playing, scripting practice, technology implementation, time on the phone, and meeting daily and weekly minimum metrics
Qualifications

  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • A real estate license is NOT required
  • Applicants must be able to qualify for a real estate license, if pursued or eventually required — no felonies, no prior complaints with or rulings from the Ohio Division of Real Estate, etc.
Compensation
$50,000+ (Includes hourly & bonuses, at plan)

She is a Million Dollar Club (President's Merit Award), Five Million Dollar Club (President's Commitment Award) and “10 Under 40” Award Recipient. She is an active producer, mentor, coach, and trainer. She holds a BA from Ohio State University, an MBA with high distinction from Liberty University with Delta Mu Delta honors, and she is currently earning a PhD in Education: Instructional Design. Brenner was Adjunct Faculty at Hondros College of Business, where she taught real estate pre-licensing, CE, post-licensing, and designation courses, plus finance and economics in the Associates of Business program.
