We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Compensation: Average 1st Year: $50,000, with the ability to make $100,000+.

Responsibilities
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

  • Responsible for calling lists of potential clients through team database, inbound lead platforms, and general prospecting activities, in addition to specific prospecting activities directed at Expired listings, For Sale By Owners, Geographic Farms, Past Clients, and Allied Resources.  
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with all leads.

Qualifications
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

  • Customer Service Experience Preferred

Compensation
$50,000+ at plan commission
