$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. An ISA is responsible for calling, texting, and emailing potential buyers and sellers from leads provided to you through our various marketing channels. The ISA quickly promptly contacts these warm leads to connect them with our Outside Sales Associates (OSAs) that assist and advise them through the homebuying process! Like an ISA, you are responsible for helping countless clients become homeowners, a truly rewarding position!

Compensation is $15.00 per hour with a minimum of 12 months of experience. $12.50 per hour with less than 12 months of experience. Bonuses of $1000 or more per month are possible! Bonuses are to be paid out each pay period (the 1st and 15th of each month) for every lead ISA works that turns into a closed transaction with one of our OSAs after your real estate license has been obtained.

Responsibilities
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

  • Outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
  • Rigorously follow up with leads provided to you in your pipeline
  • Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments with outside sales agents
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Comply with reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Follow all company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times in an effort to meet production goals
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to OSAs
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements
  • Support team initiatives and growth
  • Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain a professional dress appearance
  • Be punctual and dependable in regards to attendance
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with self-discipline

Qualifications
  • +1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must have an active TN Real Estate License or be willing to obtain a real estate license within 6-months of working with us
  • Must have superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Must be articulate, and well-spoken
  • Independent and self-motivated worker
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Solution-oriented
  • Able to stay on task without constant supervision to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
  • The ideal candidate will be open to a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings

Compensation
$12 - $15 Per Hour + bonuses
