A top Real Estate Agent is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest and hard-working Inside Sales Agent. Someone who wants to be close to the front line, but not on it. A person who enjoys helping people, but wants a small dependable salary with HUGE income potential! Real Estate experience is preferred, but not absolutely required. We will train the right person with the right attitude and mindset. We will provide licensing education/exam, if you are not yet licensed. A positive attitude is a MUST to work with our family-oriented team.
Chances are you:
- are excellent on the phone with clients and business partners.
- are organized and detail-oriented.
- know your way around the internet and can pick up new software without breaking into a sweat.
- are computer savvy and like to set up systems that make an office run more efficiently.
You'll be performing these main roles in our business:
- Phone, email and database manager (you must be good on the phone.)
- Take incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Reach out to our database to build rapport and solicit services.
- Collect, organize, and structure customer information to pass along to the Sales Agent.
- Communication with customers, co-broke agents, team members and affiliates.
- All other reasonable duties as requested.
You need to have. . .
- At least 2 years sales experience preferred – real estate, mortgage, insurance are highly preferred, but we will train the right person!
- A reliable car and transportation
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
$50,000 at plan commission
