Our team is growing! We are looking for an experienced real estate inbound lead representative to manage initial communication with sellers. You'll need to answer incoming marketing calls and make outbound calls/text/emails as well as follow up with prospects.
This is a remote position - you don't need to live in the Milwaukee area to apply for this position, but need to be available to take phone calls frequently throughout the day and be willing to learn the area well.
This will be a bi-weekly paid position with a bonus on leads that the company monetizes. The better you do in setting up appointments to our acquisition team to help our sellers, the more you'll make.
Our hiring process includes a short online survey after you submit your resume. We will only contact applicants who completed the entire application process. If we find you to be a good fit after completing and submitting everything, we will contact you via email or phone for a short introduction call, following with an in-depth interview.

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We market heavily in the Milwaukee metro area. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system. We work mostly with homeowners who need to sell their home for one life circumstance or another. We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.
