We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our top-performing sales team. We’re looking for a world-class operations leader who will manage and grow our business through the oversight of day-to-day operations, serving as the lead point-person for all administrative duties. This role will also manage the team's most valuable asset: our relationships. The operations manager will oversee the client database, CRM, pipeline of leads, "client care" for our existing and prospective clients, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will also play a "CFO" role, maintaining our PandL, tracking team budgets, revenue goals, calculate ROI, and assisting us in increasing profitability. In addition, on the growth side, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.
