We are looking for a bright individual with strong customer service skills who understand priorities and takes ownership. We need someone willing to be part of a dynamic team and who can also be an independent thinker and a quick learner that takes responsibilities one step beyond.

This position has overall responsibility for the front desk and all functions associated with greeting customers, vendors and team players. This person will manage the front desk phone system by answering and transferring all calls to the appropriate party.

Responsibilities
  • Create a great first impression and a positive experience for each client or customer.
  • Field calls from internal and external customers. Provide information/assistance in a professional manner. Customer inquiries should be responded to as quickly as possible, or forwarded to the appropriate employee for assistance.
  • Provide information/assistance regarding directions, closing locations, order status, etc.
  • Provide professional clerical support for the administrative/leadership staff.
  • Sort and distribute mail accordingly.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment maintenance for the department.
  • Field and submit requests for office maintenance and cleaning.
  • Other clerical responsibilities may be added by the Manager, to support the other production functions.
  • Answer all incoming calls for all office locations and handle accordingly.
  • Greet and direct clients and guests to appropriate parties.
  • Calendar management (meeting coordination, scheduling calls, etc.)
  • Coordinates All Hands Staff meetings and organizes other special event requests.
  • Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assist HR Team with administrative duties as needed.
  • Administrative support to Partners in other locations as needed.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Ability to greet customers, vendors and team members with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications

Compensation
$15 - $17 hourly
