We're a well-established Farmington Hills real estate and finance law firm in Michigan and Ohio that has junior associate positions (2) open for self-starting, legal associates in real estate, contract, and probate-related litigation. Successful candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and will have 2 to 3 years of prior litigation experience.

Candidates will provide work under the supervision of senior attorneys. Familiarity with real estate and probate is a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time position and pay is commensurate with experience ranging from $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

• Appear on behalf of your clients at real estate closings, in real estate disputes, and real estate litigation
• Understand all legal aspects of the clients’ desired outcome and circumstances to provide them with sound legal advice
• Manage paralegals, clerks, and other assistants

• Must be computer proficient
• Relevant knowledge of property management, land use, title insurance, business law, and residential and commercial real estate law, including litigation
• Completion of accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree is required
• Hold a current law license in the state and be a member of your local bar association
