The Blood Team Realty Group is looking for a part-time to full-time candidate possessing a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, task/goal-oriented, and willing to learn. With a primary focus on photography and photo editing during the busy listing season, this person must also be able to juggle the day-to-day tasks required to help support the needs of the team/office. This includes but is not limited to the various tasks outlined in the Job responsibilities below.
We are not just looking for an employee, we are looking for a great addition to add to our team! This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to enter the workforce and learn skills from a local top leading Real Estate team that has sold more than 900 properties to date.
- Property photo shoots and editing
- Placing and removing signage and lock boxes
- Weekly property checks and maintaining sign inventory
- Coordinating mailings
- Running errands as needed
- Additional duties as directed
- An eye for photography w/ Lightroom/Photoshop photo editing experience
- Physically capable of installing and removing signage
- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to lift 35+ Lbs
- Exceptional driving record
- MA Driver's License
