Partnering with a top producing listing agent (the main client base is real estate investors), along with a small team currently in place, the Field Coordinator will work with the team to help execute the daily in-the-field operations of the agent’s personal production to assist in managing future, active, and pending listings.

• Installing and Removing “For Sale” yard signs
• Installing and Removing lockboxes
• Making copies of house keys
• Picking up materials as needed (signage, lockboxes, keys, etc.)
• Dropping off signage and/or lockboxes to clients that we remove from properties
• Preliminary property walkthroughs
• Taking preliminary photos
• Completing provided info forms about the property details
• Noting any property issues/deficiencies
• Pre-listing property walkthroughs
• Ensuring the property is ready to list just before it hits the market
• Pre-closing walkthroughs
• Ensuring the property has been de-staged (if applicable)
• Reviewing any agreed-upon repairs for completion
• Ensuring the property is ready for the buyer’s final walkthrough
• Document delivery/drop-off as needed
• Showing assistance as needed (could be evenings & weekends)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Smart phone with wide-angle camera lens
• Tech Savvy – ability to learn and use multiple platforms (ex Asana, Slack, Google Drive)
• Comfortable with substantial amounts of driving.
• General area of operation is in Franklin County, but does sometimes require travel to surrounding counties
• Comfortable walking distressed, vacant properties that are in disrepair (as needed)
• Able to remove plywood covering on doors of properties that have been secured
• Weekend availability as needed (will be limited; 99% of work competed during business hours)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to carry large items like for sale yard signs
