Our team is growing and we're looking to add more partners! Start a conversation with us today to Join The Edge Group Network. Our team is very different from a traditional team structure. As a Keller Williams Expansion team, our agent partners have team identity and are at a higher level than the 'traditional team agent' Our goals are for Expansion EPs to help customers buy and sell 30+ homes per year (both listing and buying side). We enforce the ability for EPs to build teams with buyer agent partners and listing agent partners while leveraging the TEG Network systems and platform. Most teams are looking for agent employees, we're looking for agent owners.

Income plan: In order to take home $80,000 per year, (based on a $250,000 average price point) will need to go on 1 appointment per week, and have 2 closings per month. 


TEG Network provides all of the systems and leverage needed to achieve the minimal income plan. TEG Network does generate leads for agent partners that have passed the 90 day probation period. 

Responsibilities

What to expect from the team:

  • We provide massive accountability and coaching for our agent partners
  • Our team (while in different cities) is a very tightly knit community
  • We provide all back-end support: Business Cards, Mass Marketing, Transaction Management, Listing Management, Marketing and Customer Service
  • Our agents are left with the responsibility of their one thing prospecting, and providing amazing service to the customer
  • We do provide leads and expect our agents to be community experts
  • Our agent partners are leaders, they are not waiting around for something to do
  • We are an KW Expansion Team and operate within the KW Market Centers
  • Our splits are very competitive for the value provided 
  • Our team has a callcenter that is reward and info based
  • The call center will set appointments for agents that have successfully completed their 30-60-90 program

Qualifications
  • Must complete 30-60-90 to select 'Agent Specialty' and Lead Flow.
  • RE License not required to apply, but must have to begin on-boarding.
  • Must have the desire to help people.
  • Must be technologically inclined. (Our business involves being on the leading edge of marketing for our customers.)
Compensation
$50,000+ Commission Based
