Real Estate Office Ambassador-Greater Seattle

Warm, welcoming, take charge office executive manager needed asap! We are looking for someone who is confident and works well with others. Someone who will come right in and embrace and own their role by designing new systems and procedures and improving upon what’s already in place.

This role will interact regularly with the CEO and report directly to the Director of Operations.

Technology know-how and strong administrative experience are an absolute must, as is a personable, warm, inviting presence.

Located in our beautiful waterfront office in Seattle, near Fisherman's terminal, this is a full-time, M-F on-site and in-person position. Your energy and presence in the office are important and valued.

Licensed and experienced in real estate is helpful, but not required. Some social media experience is a bonus.

$85,000 which includes $65,00 base plus bonus. Potential for much more possible


The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • The onboarding of all new agents and office staff as we grow
  • Know the process and steps and guide agents through coming onboard with our brokerage
  • Ensure their license switching process is easy and peaceful
  • Be available and knowledgeable for any questions or concerns

Be responsible for SISU, Firepoint, and other operational systems (We will obviously train you in all these programs):

  • Input transactions daily to our team tracking system - SISU
  • Checking accuracy of commissions. Splits, agents, etc
  • Entering clients into the database, etc
  • Manage lead distribution

Keep marketing material up to date:

  • Open house flyers
  • Welcome aboard or congratulations flyers for agents to use on Social Media
  • Keep photos on the website and marketing material up to date
  • Supervise and review the quality of marketing

Event planning:

  • Calendar of upcoming events
  • Invitations - both hard copy and electronic
  • Sourcing and managing speakers and vendors
  • Catering day off and other details, as needed

Other miscellaneous duties:

  • Be responsible for client gifting
  • Print and prepare final settlement statements for the end of year distribution
  • Agent support as needed
  • Following a checklist of procedures for contracts
  • Manage inventory: lockboxes, signs, parking passes, and keys
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors as needed
  • Maintaining roster updates

  • Proactive, creative problem solver ready to take charge of running a growing office
  • The ability to work with what’s already in place, see what’s missing, and get to work creating and implementing it

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of reliability, accuracy, and productivity
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful handling of multiple projects with critical deadlines
  • Manage team calendar and Google Drive
  • Handle continuous requests in a fast-paced environment by coordinating with other departments to ensure things run smoothly
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Computer proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing - tech-savvy is a must
  • Team player; can work well with others and independently
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Able to dance with the face-paced, high energy real estate industry
  • Great attitude required

$85,000 (base+bonus) could be much higher
