Are you in? Awesome! Here are the details:

Location/commute: San Francisco, CA. Candidate MUST reside in the SF city limits or within a 30-minute commute of San Francisco, and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 40+hrs/wk, flexibility on evenings and weekends is required.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000; depending on experience, talent and skill sets.

Responsibilities

Your role, should you choose to accept will include...

Operations

  • High-level executive administrative support to the CEO. 
  • Effectively manage CEO’s calendar and email, answer phone calls, and maintain impeccable organizational and communication skills with CEO at all times.
  • Onboard new Agents, including training on tools and team manifesto.
  • Implement and manage CRM database, systems, procedures, including the operations manual.
  • Review team metrics and annual budgets with the CEO regularly.
  • Run weekly team meeting; you're the lead and you love it!

Marketing

  • Weekly marketing meeting with CEO, reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategic goals.
  • Social media whiz; coordinate and contribute to website content and various updates.
  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials with marketing team for listings and sold properties, including property statements, brochures and websites, and email campaigns.
  • Plan, organize and execute client events.
  • Ensure that social media marketing is produced and posted in a timely fashion, and in accordance with brand identity and standards.

Hospitality and Client Management

  • Provide concierge-level assistance to the lead Agents, active buyers and sellers.
  • Engage in client-appreciation and partner outreach.
  • Quarterly phone and email contact with all past clients.
  • Prepare pre-listing and buyer consultation packages.

Listing and Escrow Coordination

  • Create new Asana checklist for each new listing.
  • Pre-listing responsibilities, including but not limited to, scheduling photo shoots, producing coming soon postcards, and collaborating with the media team to ensure property videos are uploaded.
  • Coordinate and attend showings on behalf of CEO; provide on-site support at Open Houses.
  • Liaise with TC, title, escrow, lenders for a smooth transaction.
  • Post-close responsibilities, including but not limited to, producing “just sold” postcards, updating social media, website, MLS, and gratitude gift and notes to clients and staff.

In the past, you have...

  • 3-5+ yrs of Real Estate Operations or Real Estate Executive Assistant experience for a top Real Estate Agent.
  • An Active CA Real Estate License is required.

  • MS Office Suite; Google Suite of Services.
  • CRM programs.
  • Social media platforms.
  • Mail Chimp.
