The details:

Location/commute: San Francisco, CA. Candidate MUST reside within San Francisco and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: 40+ hrs/wk, M-F, some flexibility on nights and weekends is required.  

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Your role, should you choose to accept:

Your main role will be assisting your Agents in production, marketing, and building their business and brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a successful family-run team, serving as their right hand.  

The ideal candidate plays an active role in the transaction process, pays attention to the details, and knows how to prioritize their responsibilities without direction. We are seeking someone who will put the needs of the Agents first and handle all communication with a polished etiquette and finesse. 

Other duties will include:

  • Implement, and manage systems and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient office flow.
  • Handle all database management and help scale operations as the business grows.
  • Provide an executive level of administrative support which may include, but is not limited to, phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management.
  • Keep the Agents committed to key tasks and hold Agents accountable for conducting lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate and implement agent marketing materials and advertising, social media, client database email campaigns, and client appreciation programs.
  • Prepare listing presentations, listing agreements, purchase agreements and comparative market analyses. 
  • Proofread contracts and disclosure packages, create brochures, and meet with vendors. 
  • Assist team in follow up with buyers, sellers, MLS listings, schedule open houses, broker tours, sit an occasional open house, and 2nd assist with occasional showings.
  • Deliver a concierge level of service both internally and externally. 
  • Assist with light personal errands as needed.
Qualifications

  • A skilled and thorough doer with an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with organization and acute attention to detail.  
  • Positive, professional, and proactive.
  • Hardworking, diligent, and ethical.
  • An effective communicator who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Someone who can take over and operate independently.

In the past, you might have:

  • 2+ years of administrative support to a Realtor or Real Estate Office
  • A CA real estate license is REQUIRED
