We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the team leader and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the team leader and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, managing marketing campaigns, and listing launches. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records, and customer data and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Compensation: $24 dollars per hour, 20-30 hours per week. This role is expected to grow to full-time by the end of the year.

  • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
  • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker

  • Coordinate all aspects of a transaction from contract to closing
  • Manage marketing campaigns with lead generation and transactions as measured metrics
  • Manage social media campaigns, both paid and organic
  • Manage print and digital marketing campaigns for brand recognition and lead generation

  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
$24 per hour
