We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who is looking to make a transition to administratively support the CEO of Andersen Realty Group (real estate experience not needed). This position provides an opportunity to work and grow in a successful real estate team that is one of the highest producing groups in Massachusetts. In addition to supporting the CEO, in this position he/she will be a communication liaison, managing all aspects of communication with clients and vendors to provide an enjoyable home buying/selling experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure open lines of communication between customers and agents to enhance the buying/selling process
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc., to maintain good standing in the community
  • Organize and coordinate CEO's daily schedule, including but not limited to: managing his calendar; prioritizing his tasks and duties; scheduling and preparing him for all appointments and meetings
  • Prepare for and travel with CEO to all appointments and meetings (e.g., listing consultations, home tours, broker tours, showings, etc.)
  • Manage CEO's business and personal calendar, email and cell phone: monitor and respond as needed, keep both clear and organized
  • Foster client relationships and attend to their needs in a timely, friendly, helpful fashion; take ownership of handling any issues that arise for them, involving CEO only when necessary
  • Serve a primary point of contact with clients and coordinating the preparation of getting a home ready for sale, from initial consultation through until accepted offer
  • Ensure open lines of communication between customers and agents to enhance the buying/selling process
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc., to maintain good standing and efficiently manage the home listing process
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and demands
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, experience with Apple/Mac products a plus
  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
