Major objectives to be accomplished by the person in this role:

  • Administrative Support to Team – This includes support in the needs of team leader(s) and tasks as assigned by Director of Operations
  • Administrative Duties in the office
  • Social Media posting and management
  • Property Brand Marketing
  • Event Planning Support

Responsibilities

Administrative Support to Team

  • Create and regularly prepare all buyer/seller consultation materials
  • Schedule Conference Rooms for buyer/seller consultations and meetings
  • Ensure lead follow up from agents
  • Track and manage reviews for closed transactions

Administrative Office Duties

  • Answer incoming calls, input leads into database route messages as needed
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and marketing supplies
  • Coordinate purchases/replenishment as needed
  • Manage assignment of signs, keys, lockboxes
  • Receives visitors, packages, etc. in the office
  • Updates team documents, SOPs, etc. and distributes

Social Media Posting and Management

  • Helps to coordinate and implement social media postings that drive engagement and produce ROI
  • Protects brand and team image by reviewing posts of team members and comments
  • Manage and update team page(s), blog(s) and website
  • Create posts for listings and disburse to the team
  • Create team-oriented posts

Property and Brand Marketing

  • Ensures that team brand is represented positively and appropriately in marketing materials
  • Assists in the preparation tasks for properties in pre-listing status including ordering signs, creating and distributing flyers, updating photography sites as needed

Event Planning Support

  • Assists in the coordination of planning homebuyer seminars, open houses, team building events and client appreciation events

Qualifications

  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Above average skill in social media marketing and design
  • Ability to increase and enhance team social media presence via website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to focus on several tasks or projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in role as a gatekeeper for lead generation time and for lead agents
  • Service and learning based attitude
  • Excels in written and oral communication
  • Strong marketing social media background
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Compensation
$30,000 - $33,000 yearly
