Compensation:

  • Salary: $50- $60,000
  • PTO

Responsibilities

  • Managing the team's calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Assisting with real estate transactions, including preparing contracts, managing document flow, and coordinating with attorneys and other professionals
  • Conducting market research and analysis to help identify potential investment opportunities
  • Supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including creating flyers, managing social media accounts, and organizing events
  • Handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence
  • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
  • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
  • Communications – take charge of incoming calls, take messages, answer questions, consult client ‘care calls’, and provide information
  • Listings – client files, vendor appointments, listing preparations before the market
  • Technology – computers, printers, phones, and all necessary technology
  • Vendor Relations – guard good relations with all internal and external vendors

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and legal documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
  • Learning-based, actively and independently seeking out answers when necessary.
  • Strong work ethic and timely with very flexible work hours.
  • Ability to focus and complete tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Forward-thinker and plan for the future and make the necessary preparations for both the Team and their listings
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new forms of technology that best serve the Team’s overall well-being
