We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, and overseeing schedules and travel arrangements. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Compensation starts at $30,000 per year, based on experience.

  • Complete elementary bookkeeping tasks for the broker
  • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
  • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker
  • Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports
  • Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment

  • Prepare, deliver, and pick up real estate documents
  • Maintain client database and files, escrow management, communicate with clients throughout the duration of their contract

  • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and service providers both verbally and in writing
  • People-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized and attentive to detail
  • Working knowledge of social media for monitoring and advertising purposes
  • A valid real estate license is a plus

$30,000 a year based on experience
