The Executive Assistant is an individual who is willing and able to earn the right to be a Director of Operations. An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

• Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
• Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
• Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential

• Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
• Responsible for all financial systems including maintaining transactions, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
• Oversee all contracts through closing
• Utilize Command to fullest extent
• Create marketing material for listings, ads, social media presence, Team docs ie; listing presentations etc.
• Note - There is a required dress code. No athletic sneakers and no jeans. Professional dress required

• High school diploma required
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
• 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Can work on deadline and handle private client information
• Prior experience in real estate is a bonus

• This position could be part-time or full-time. If part-time, potential hours could be 10am - 2pm
