We are in search of an experienced Executive Assistant that can assist with the growth of our real estate firm, Conner Patrick Real Estate Group. This person must be educated, organized, goal oriented, professional, creative, and dedicated to his or her position at hand. We prefer someone that is not only willing to grow with a small company, but someone who is dedicated to help the company exceed its growth expectations.
Hours and Days:
This position will require about 35-40 hours per week of in office work Monday through Friday. We are flexible on the times; however the schedule must be consistent. There may be occasional weekend work as necessary.
Atmosphere and Location:
We are located in the office suites at 5842 Lonetree Blvd in Rocklin. Our office is a joint suite with Vienna Property Management. The hired employee will be set up in a cubicle area or shared office.

This position will require extensive knowledge of general web based real estate applications as much of our business is ran in the cloud. This position will require a lot of multi-tasking as well as careful attention to detail.
