Hours: Must be available between 8 AM-5 PM PST

Compensation: $5 - $7 USD /HR

The position will require handling day-to-day transactions when it comes to buying or selling a property. You will need to sort and organize online documents for each property that we own. 

Handling transactions will require making phone calls and being in constant communication with team members and external companies in the US, escrow officers, real estate agents, inspectors, etc. We’re looking for someone who is a problem solver! Permitting is different everywhere, but if you have experience resolving permitting issues, negotiating with inspectors, and filling out documentation, we’d be thrilled to have you join our team and grow with us. 

• Take meeting notes.
• Transaction coordination for acquiring and selling properties (internal).
• Assist with managing utilities for each project.
• Assist in administrative duties for top executives.
• Make the necessary phone calls.
• Effective communications.
• Actively resolve issues that arise within a transaction.
• Coordinate with other departments.
