In short, the right person has to be willing to wear many hats and help complete anything that needs to be done and they have to do it with a smile on their face and a servant's heart to help us keep our focus on the engine of the business. Real estate experience and NC license preferred or willing to obtaining within one year. This person should live in/near the Raleigh area.

  • Create checklists for transaction management for buyers and sellers
  • Follow up with agents, attorneys. and other vendors as needed throughout the transaction
  • Build and maintain systems for buyers and sellers
  • Assist in running and growing the database
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions in Docusign and Command
  • Communicate with the agent and team daily with updates
  • Communicate with the client regularly with updates
  • Create, post, and advertise on social media platforms daily
  • Plan and execute client events and giveaways
  • Bringing team ideas and turning them into reality
