We are looking for a talented, experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant to work with a top producing Real Estate Agent. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, organized and have the real estate experience to help the agent effectively manage business, in a fast-paced environment. Must be deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving a great level of success.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage Agent's calendar and email, answer phones, and maintain impeccable organizational and communication skills
  • Communicate with clients to ensure smooth transactions
  • Prospecting- calling leads as required by the agent
  • Lead follow-up
  • Pre-qualify leads
  • Referrals - handle all incoming lead referrals
  • Confirm appointments
  • Prepare listing agreements
  • Create CMA presentations
  • Fill out all input sheets and create remarks on all properties
  • Prepare offers and counteroffers, prepare any addendums, contracts, etc
  • Maintain database
  • Provide support with all projects assigned by agent

Qualifications

  • A Valid Arizona Real Estate License is Required for this job
  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • Understand all Real Estate systems (MLS, Zipforms, Docu-sign)
  • Proficient with office suite, email system, and CRM (Excel, Word, Gmail, Google calendar)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
  • Be able to work under little direction and exercise sound judgment when dealing with time-sensitive decisions
  • Solution-focused and anticipates needs
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license
  • Minimum 4-6 hours per weekend, required

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 based on experience
