  • Plan events and coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Support team leader, agents, vendors, and clients
  • Social Media management
  • Client Retention Management
  • Designing marketing materials in Canva

  • Real estate experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner

  • Experience using Excel and Word. Experience using Canva is a plus
  • 2-3 years of administrative support or management role or similar
  • A valid Arizona Real Estate license is a bonus
