We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist our leadership team and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and text messages, maintaining the calendar and scheduling appointments, and making outbound calls on behalf of leadership. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly and is highly detail-oriented who likes to take initiative. Responsibilities
  • Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports
  • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
  • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
  • Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipment
  • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

  • Skill with computers and technology
  • Competent and confident on the phone
  • Takes initiative to problem solve and learn new skills for future problem solving

Compensation
$13 - $17 hourly
