We’re in search of an organized, hungry, and motivated professional Real Estate Executive Assistant to serve as the main point of contact for the Team Leader of the Rowack Real Estate Team. Matthew Rowack is Ranked #2 Real Estate Agent in New Jersey for Sales Volume with over 460 Home Sales in 2020 and 700+ Sales Targeted for 2021 and Ranked Top 10 Agents in the Country.

Your responsibilities include relaying important messages to Matthew, scheduling Matthews's meetings, helping enter/prepare new listings ready to hit the market, systematizing information in the client databases.   • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
  • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
  • Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker
  • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
$50,000 - $60,000
