We're growing and looking for a part-time (15-25 hours week to start) executive assistant to support the principal REALTOR. Must be able to keep up and like to work the fast-paced, high demands of the real estate industry. Must live in Las Vegas, NV, and enjoy working in an office with a team atmosphere. Some duties can be done remotely. You’ll serve as a liaison between the principal REALTOR and clients, be responsible for screening messages, notifying REALTOR of important information, making appointments, and overseeing schedules.

You'll also be responsible for organizing office records, the safe-keeping of customer information, create and manage all systems of client database, lead generation tracking, and scheduling follow-up. Ordering office supplies and completing another administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience in a relevant field. There is an opportunity for advancement and full-time for the right candidate.   • Database creation, lead, and email management with all programs and systems in place
  • Excellent computer skills, understanding of social media including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Coordinate the preparation of all listings and open house flyers, graphics, marketing videos
  • Executive office management tasks such as systematizing office records, ordering office supplies, and other needed assistant duties to include picking up orders
  • Function as the main point of contact for the Principal Agent. Take notes, deliver Messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports to the Principal Agent
  • Oversee the Principal-Agent schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Complete elementary bookkeeping task for the Principal Agent
  • Contact listing clients weekly with status reports


  • Must live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and enjoy working in an office with a team atmosphere
  • Driver's License required
  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • 1+ years of experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
  • Excellent computer skills and a fast learner are a must

$15 - $20 hourly DOE
