We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the team leader and complete administrative tasks. This job will begin as a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time employment. This job will require the individual to work from our office. Responsibilities include liaising between the team leader and clientele, screening leads/messages and notifying the team leader of important information, and overseeing schedules. You’ll also be responsible for organizing office records and customer data, managing social media accounts, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
