  • Must be highly organized
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for Sellers, Buyers, lead generation and data based management
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing
  • Provide executive assistant type support such as calendaring, organizing and scheduling showings/inspections
  • Occasionally attend home inspections
  • Occasionally sit for open houses/caravans when agent is unavailable
  • Occasionally show listings or meet buyers when agent is unavailable
  • Prepare and organize paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Work accurately and to strict deadlines
  • Monitor our Transaction Coordinator’s management of contract to closing process
  • Must be professional, well-spoken with reliable transportation and very tech and social media savvy
  • Take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Oversee business development and prospecting, always looking for new ways to generate business
  • Onboard new agents to our team
  • California Real Estate License required
  • Transaction Coordinator experience required
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) Preferred
  • Tech Savvy, able to learn new programs (such as MLS, WinForms, DocuSign, Adobe etc.)
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Attention to detail – high level of accuracy with documents
  • Strong time management skills
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Complete professionalism and discretion with confidential information, with clients and colleagues
$80,000 earning potential (base and bonus)
