The Executive Assistant is responsible for the growth and profitability of the organization. This role includes expense control, staff management, system management, and department supervision. 

This individual shows up as a leader and is invested in the growth of the business and the individuals under their supervision. This individual is passionate about achievement and draws energy from working with people. They are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success as well as to growing their own skills within the team. This person shows up each and every day with a positive attitude.


Job Duties

  • Collaborating with Team Owners to create goals and strategic plans for business growth
  • Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress/strategic plan
  • Creating/overseeing marketing program
  • Oversee database management/lead management
  • Agent and client value; driving retention and referrals
  • Evaluating and improving all systems constantly 
  • Create and maintain an operations manual
  • Responsible for budget and profitability
  • New agent and employee onboarding and training
  • Team number tracking and reporting


  • Set and hold accountable standards and expectations
  • Train, teach, mentor and coach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Team player (collaborative)
  • Willing to share ideas and opinions
  • Extremely attentive to detail
  • Self-motivated and learning based
  • Expertise and experience using CRMs, developing systems, and any real estate background is helpful.

$60,000 combination of salary + bonus
