This individual possesses exceptional organizational, communication (written and spoken) and technical skills (contact management software, social media, and web). They understand marketing, can create and implement systems, are experienced in hiring and leading others. They enjoy planning, organizing, and implementing client events. They are knowledgeable about financials and expense management. They enjoy solving problems, assisting others, and continually learning and growing.

The position entails working in our Hillsborough location and candidates should live within 30 minutes of the office.


  • Maintenance of team's CRM database
  • Implementation of systems and models
  • Marketing the team and its listings (Social media, web, and direct mail)
  • Maintenance of website
  • Transaction coordination
  • Expense management and tracking


  • Real estate office experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Technical skills (contact management software, social media, and web)
  • Basic understanding of marketing
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing client events
  • Experience with tracking financials and expense management
  • Compensation with Depend on experience
