Full-Time Opportunity. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting teammate to come alongside our leadership team and run with our company vision and mission to help clients during the home selling/buying process. Must execute at a high level for our team leadership, maintaining a mix of projects, people, client needs, various ongoing tasks, and the often urgent interruptions that occur in our bustling and fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
  • Client-focused communication via phone, text, and email
  • Oversee marketing - social media, print, and other digital
  • Lead and innovate upcoming projects to completion
  • Communicate with and manage other critical roles on the team
  • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
  • Assist and review real estate contracts
  • Plan and execute client and community events

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
  • Colorado Real Estate experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
  • Familiar with Google Suite, knowledge of CTME, and Multiple Listing Service
  • Competent in Real Estate CRM Software Follow Up Boss
  • Knowledge of Sisu a plus

Compensation
$65,000 yearly
