The Executive Assistant role is a new leadership position within the Monckton Team and has the potential to grow into a Director of Operations role as the business and the team grow. The right person for this position is someone committed to growth - both personally & professionally - and is willing to do what it takes to support team success and growth.

  • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Maintain an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards for the team
  • Guard the team’s daily schedule
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the team informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting and holding accountable administrative team members

  • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast paced administrative role

$45,000 - $55,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
