 We are in search of a bright, energetic, and determined individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and is operationally focused. This person is an exceptional multi-tasker that is extremely detail-oriented. This person must be customer service-centric, professional, and have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to work well with others and independently as needed.

 This position will be an integral part of a high producing real estate team and extreme ownership over the role's responsibilities, partnered with a sense of urgency and commitment to task completion are key components of success with this organization.

The perfect candidate must be able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with an ever-changing workload. This individual will have full understanding that Real Estate is not only a career, it’s a lifestyle, and requires having availability past typical 9-5 pm working hours.

Must be within a 20-minute commute of Oakland Park and Bay View.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the business owner in managing email, calendar, and task management
  • Implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, and back-office support
  • Oversee all listing processes 
  • Listing marketing management (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Maintain the team’s social media accounts and social execute social media calendar
  • Act as a customer service support liaison between clients and the team
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Prepare and manage scoreboards of weekly/monthly sales statistics and expense reports
  • Continue to take the day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Qualifications

  • Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues
  • Have excellent attention to detail, high-level of responsiveness, and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Learning-based and solution-oriented
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
  • Current Florida Real Estate License or willingness to obtain Florida Real Estate License

Compensation
$45,000 - $55,000
