We need an Executive Assistant for our team. This position provides an opportunity to work and grow in a successful real estate team that is one of the highest producing groups in the #1 producing real estate brokerage in town.

The successful candidate will support sales agents with back-office administration while also achieving company growth through planning, organizing and marketing. Also in this position, he/she will be a communication liaison, managing all aspects of internal communication and public relations.

  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers that will increase customer satisfaction ratings
  • Manage systems that coordinate our lead generation, client information and back office tasking to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent to organize workflow and reduce inefficiencies
  • Manage listing information and coordinate marketing of listings online and in print to show properties effectively and lead to quick sales
  • Help design and participate in company-provided training sessions so the team is well-versed in new trends and tools
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • MS Office experience required
  • Prefer Bachelor’s degree
  • Prefer 3 or more years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Attention to detail is required for this position
  • Training experience a huge plus
$12 - $15 hourly
