Real Estate Executive Assistant- Client Services Director

Responsibilities

  • Manage database and input systems for leads to client conversion
  • Support listing and buyer department to meet highest client service standards
  • Support marketing efforts in efficiency and effectiveness
  • Streamline inter-team communication as a HUB with one central place to get and give everything
  • Be a key point of contact in handling customer inquiries or concerns
  • Schedule events and communication marketing, coordinate details with goal and business growth in mind
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Grow personally and professionally

Qualifications

  • Administrative support experience at a high level in a personal assistant role or small team environment
  • Works well under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to focus and follow through with consistency
  • Loves Team building with high energy people
  • Customer Service excellence
  • Operation and systems familiarity
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM familiar
  • Leadership qualities
  • Perks- based on personal business (SOI)
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required

Compensation
$52,000 - $60,000 yearly
