We’re hiring a talented executive assistant to support the #1 Real Estate Sales Team in the Anderson area. Our real estate assistant will be a highly-detailed and solutions-oriented person. Additionally, this person will support the leaders of the team with client interaction, including (but not limited to) showing homes and writing sales contracts. Our ideal candidate can solve problems quickly, has real estate industry experience, and is technologically proficient.

- Manage client relationships with a focus on top-notch customer service
- Directly support the team leaders with both administrative and some sales duties
- From time-to-time, show homes and assist in hosting open houses
- Act as a liaison between team members and team leaders
- Display great communication and problem-solving skills
- Consistently and properly represent the team's brand and values
- Willing to work evenings or weekends from time-to-time
- Real estate license and experience preferred
- Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly, and able to troubleshoot common issues
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Suite, Social Media, and use of Contact Management Systems
- Have exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
